Kurt Halleen is the managing member of Halleen Properties LLC. He is a licensed WI commercial real estate broker and works with Opitz Realty, Inc. He conducts portfolio mixed use property management, site acquisition, and real estate sales. Kurt has over 10 years of experience in the real estate market, managing buildings, navigating sales and acquisitions, and performing business development for new business owners.
